Thanks for the response.  Unfortunately when I follow Nirmal's instructions, I do not become the screens as instructed.  I'll keep toying westward/it merely I do not see a delete role to remove the previous ambassador.  Thank y'all once more.

  1. Does that administrator account have a password fix? If yes, exercise you know the password?
  2. How many user accounts are bachelor on your computer?
  3. Do you log in to the aforementioned user account (which was created as administrator by previous user) or do yous log in to another standard business relationship?
  4. Are you using a Microsoft business relationship (with Microsoft email login) or a local account?

If y'all are using a Microsoft account, yous will have to enter your email countersign to login to your account. If you have a local account, you can remove the password past post-obit these steps:

a. Press Windows key + C, select settings
b. Click on Change PC settings, select Users
c. Click Change countersign under Sign in options
d. When prompted, type your current countersign and leave the new password empty.
